The Corham

This boutique development of 14 townhomes in Melbourne’s inner north called for a fun brand identity that would appeal to first home buyers, young couples and professionals. We took an animated approach to the website and promotional collateral, emphasising the quirky, friendly vibe of Ascot Vale while also paying homage to the site’s horse racing history.
